High Temp. Heat Pump Unit
The High Temperature Heat Pump Unit is capable of recovering waste heat from water, exhaust steam, and exhaust air to produce low-pressure steam, medium-pressure steam, and medium-high temperature hot water. The unit has a wide range of waste heat utilization, diverse heating applications, and offers stable and reliable performance. It operates efficiently and environmentally friendly without the need for constant supervision.
With the tightening of environmental policies and the gradual phasing out of coal-fired boilers, green and efficient heat pump units present a promising alternative compared to traditional methods of producing hot water and steam.
FEATURE:
1. High-Temperature Screw Compressor: Uses a well-known brand high-temperature screw compressor, ensuring reliable and stable performance. Capable of recovering waste heat above 45°C to produce steam at 105-115°C or hot water at 85-115°C, with a maximum heating temperature of up to 120°C. It can also recover waste heat from 5°C to 45°C to produce hot water at 60-90°C.
2. Enhanced Heat Pump Motor: Equipped with a reinforced heat pump motor to accommodate various operating conditions, ensuring stable operation and long motor life.
3. Efficient Condenser: Designed with a multi-circuit, low-flow, high-temperature difference condenser specifically for water-source heat pump operating conditions.
4. High-Temperature Compressor: Uses a high-temperature compressor from a well-known brand, ensuring durability, stability, and low noise.
5. High-Efficiency Heat Exchanger: Utilizes inner-threaded copper tubes with increased thickness to enhance heat exchange efficiency.
6. No Environmental or Regional Restrictions: Can operate regardless of environmental temperature or location, as long as the water source inlet temperature is 5°C or higher, making it suitable for most regions across the country.
