Medium Speed Online Plastic Granulator

XC-GM medium speed series granulators are applied for instant recycling materials of sprues, runners, insufficient products, which is easy to operate and with excellent functions. The speed is properly designed to minimize powder, running noise and abrasion of cutter blades occurred in crushing process. The series are adopted with multiple safety devices to conform European safety standards.

Feeding Hopper Upgraded

The unique design of the feeding hopper aims to address the issue of material bouncing and flying out of the crusher during high-speed operation. This rebound can result in contamination of raw materials and inconvenience in the production process. To tackle this problem, we have ingeniously incorporated baffles within the feeding hopper. These baffles are designed to redirect the crushed materials downward, allowing them to re-enter the crushing chamber for recycling. Through this design, we not only effectively prevent material splashing but also maintain a cleaner production workshop while enhancing the safety of the production process.

It is recommended to use the edge crusher in conjunction with a robotic arm for automated feeding based on the product cycle. It is not advisable to manually feed large quantities of material, as this can lead to material jamming issues.

 01  Blade

The blade is made from a single-cut steel plate, ensuring high strength and durability. It incorporates a patented design with front-mounted blades, which increases the cutting angle and improves cutting efficiency. As a result, the crushed particles are more uniform in shape, and there is a reduced amount of powder produced.

 02  High-Strength Blade

1.Blades are made of high-strength alloy tool steel, with high hardness, good abrasion resistance, and long durability. 2.Adopted hexagon socket screw installation way of the blades, free from wearing lose on screws in long term utility.

 03  Soundproof Design

The feeding hopper is designed with a double-layer soundproof structure on all four sides. The inner layer is constructed using stainless steel material, while the space between the two layers is filled with sound-absorbing materials. This design effectively reduces noise transmission and provides excellent sound insulation properties, resulting in a quieter operating environment.
