01 High-strength Blades
The blades are made of high-strength alloy tool steel, providing high hardness and strong wear resistance. The blades can be repeatedly sharpened and reused. They are installed with internal hexagonal screw countersunk holes, preventing screw wear due to long-term use.
02 Rear Arc Plate Design
The rear arc plate is designed with a circular arc shape, providing better fixation for the hollow drum body and reducing the likelihood of bouncing.
03 Soundproofing Design
The feeding hopper is designed with four-sided double-layer soundproofing. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, with soundproofing materials filled in between. This design ensures excellent noise reduction and provides effective sound insulation.
04 Electrical Components
The equipment adopts electrical components from globally renowned brand Siemens, ensuring performance stability and providing a high level of safety and reliability.
Optional Accessories List
The standard GB plastic bottle crusher offers optional configurations for an granulating auto collecting system and an auto powder sifting device. This system automatically recycles the crushed material, reducing the need for manual handling and improving production efficiency. For models with a power rating of 75HP and above, the feeding hopper and screen mesh frame are equipped with a cylinder system, which is included as standard. For other models, you have the option to add the cylinder system.
